Is it possible to schedule visits directly with my pet sitter?No, all visits must be scheduled through our client portal. This ensures that your visits are protected by our liability insurance and ensures proper scheduling. Booking outside of the portal not only puts your sitter in a challenging situation but may also lead to your account being restricted. Using the portal ensures that everything is secure and well-organized for you, your sitter, and our scheduling team.

Can I Reach Out to My Dog Walker via Phone or Text?Sorry, but all communication must be conducted through our client portal. This policy is put in place to keep our Scheduling team updated on any changes or issues with your service, enabling them to make necessary adjustments without causing any disruptions to other visits. Contacting your sitter directly can potentially create awkward situations and may result in your account being temporarily suspended. Thank you for understanding.

Are you insured ?Yes, we are Insured & Bonded through Pet Sitter Associates (PSA) Insurance.

Will my dog still walked if it is raining?In the event of inclement weather, such as rain, hail, or lightning, we remains dedicated to caring for your pets while prioritizing their safety and comfort. If weather conditions are severe, we will postpone walks and provide alternative solutions. We take into account your dog's preferences, whether they enjoy playing in the rain or prefer staying indoors. You can trust that we will always be there to care for your pup.

Our Hiring ProcessAll of our sitters undergo two interviews and a criminal background check before being hired. After joining our team, they are required to hold a Pet CPR/First Aid Certification and participate in ongoing animal training and behavior classes. Furthermore, many of our sitters have backgrounds in veterinary care, animal training, or volunteer work with animal rescue organizations.

What should I expect at Meet & Greet?Preliminary meeting prior to reservation is crucial in order to identify a suitable match. As the owner of a dog, you will have the opportunity to discuss your pet’s demeanor and review care instructions.
